Our Expertise
All Vinyl PVC Consulting was founded in October 2023 by Phil Goodinson, who's career commenced in the PVC industry in 1991. In the 3 decades that followed, knowledge and experience has been gained across all levels of the industry. This includes formulating PVC stabilisers and compounds in R&D laboratories, running performance trials with customers and various Technical, Commercial and Managing Director positions guiding businesses through periods of growth, contraction and sale.
Assisting with material design and supplier selection
We can offer advice on formulation design to ensure optimum technical and commercial performance. We can also support you to find the right partner to supply your raw material requirements.
Processing support
How the raw materials are processed and what equipment is used can have a huge impact on product quality and production yield. We can offer support with material trials and machinery selection.
Business administration
We can offer support with designing cost out or growth initiatives, assist during M&A activities, and offer board level guidance with non-executive Directorships.
